- 1.5 lbs peeled and deveined large shrimp
- 12 oz sliced andouille sausage
- 2 (one red, one green) sliced bell peppers
- 1 sliced onion
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 lemon

👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Cook sliced andouille sausage in oil over high heat until browned on both sides; set aside
- 2In the same pan, cook peppers and onion for 5 minutes until lightly charred
- 3Add garlic and cook 1 minute
- 4Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning and smoked paprika
- 5Add shrimp to the pan; cook 2 minutes per side until pink and just cooked
- 6Return sausage to pan and toss everything together
- 7Add butter and let it melt over the mixture
- 8Squeeze lemon juice over all, top with parsley, and serve over rice or with crusty bread
