- 1Cook pasta per package directions, reserve 1/2 cup pasta water
- 2Melt butter over medium heat, add garlic and cook 1 minute
- 3Add shrimp, cook 1-2 minutes per side until pink
- 4Add white wine and lemon juice, simmer 2 minutes
- 5Toss with drained pasta, adding pasta water to loosen sauce
- 6Garnish with parsley and serve with crusty bread
