- 1Cook chorizo in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart, until browned — about 6 minutes
- 2Add garlic and cook 30 seconds
- 3Push chorizo to the side, add beans and warm through
- 4Beat eggs and pour over everything; scramble until just set
- 5Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave
- 6Divide egg-chorizo mixture between tortillas
