- 1Season pork with cumin, salt, garlic powder, and oregano
- 2Place in a Dutch oven with orange juice, lime juice, garlic, and 1/2 cup water
- 3Cover and cook over medium heat 45–50 min until fork-tender
- 4Transfer pork to a sheet pan, shred coarsely
