- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup salsa verde

👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Mix garlic, cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, and 1 tbsp oil into a marinade
- 2Toss chicken thighs in the marinade and let sit 5 minutes (or overnight in the fridge)
- 3Cook chicken in a hot pan or griddle for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through with a char
- 4Rest 3 minutes then slice into thin strips
- 5Warm corn tortillas directly on a gas flame or in a dry pan until slightly charred
- 6Double up two tortillas per taco
- 7Fill with sliced chicken, white onion, and cilantro
- 8Squeeze lime and spoon salsa verde over the top
