1 Preheat oven to 350°F
2 Core the cabbage; boil whole in a large pot 4–5 min until outer leaves peel off easily
3 Mix ground beef, rice, onion, garlic powder, egg, salt, and pepper
4 Spoon 1/3 cup filling onto each leaf; roll up tightly, tucking in the sides
5 Pour half the tomato sauce in a 9x13 baking dish
6 Arrange cabbage rolls seam-side down; pour remaining sauce over top
7 Cover with foil; bake 45–50 min until cabbage is tender
