  2. 2Season generously with salt and pepper on both sides
  3. 3Heat cast iron over high heat for 3 minutes until smoking hot
  4. 4Add oil and immediately place steaks in the pan
  5. 5Cook 3-4 minutes without moving for medium-rare
  6. 6Flip once; add butter, garlic, thyme, and rosemary
  7. 7Tilt pan and continuously spoon the foaming butter over the steak for 3 minutes
