  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. 2Mix chicken with 1/2 cup enchilada sauce and 1 cup cheese
  3. 3Spread 1/2 cup enchilada sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish
  4. 4Divide chicken mixture among tortillas, roll tightly, place seam-side down in dish
  5. 5Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas, top with remaining cheese
  6. 6Bake 20–22 min until cheese is bubbly and lightly golden
