- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 large beaten eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup for frying vegetable oil

👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Season cube steaks with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- 2Set up breading station: seasoned flour, then beaten egg, then flour again
- 3Coat each steak in flour, egg, then flour again
- 4Fry in 350°F oil 3–4 min per side until deeply golden — set aside
- 5Pour off most oil, leave 2 tbsp with the browned bits
- 6Whisk in 3 tbsp flour, cook 1 min, then slowly whisk in milk
- 7Stir over medium heat 5–6 min until thick; season with salt and lots of black pepper
- 8Pour gravy over steaks and serve with mashed potatoes
