  2. 2Beat 1/2 cup butter with 1/2 cup brown sugar until light and fluffy; add eggs and vanilla
  3. 3Fold in 2 cups flour, baking powder, soda, and sour cream until just combined
  4. 4Spread half the batter into the pan
  5. 5Mix cinnamon with 2 tbsp brown sugar; sprinkle over batter
  6. 6Dollop remaining batter on top and gently spread
  7. 7Make crumb topping: rub 1/4 cup butter into 1/2 cup flour + 1 tbsp brown sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon until crumbly; scatter over batter
