- 1Preheat oven to 350°F; grease a 9×13 pan
- 2Beat 1/2 cup butter with 1/2 cup brown sugar until light and fluffy; add eggs and vanilla
- 3Fold in 2 cups flour, baking powder, soda, and sour cream until just combined
- 4Spread half the batter into the pan
- 5Mix cinnamon with 2 tbsp brown sugar; sprinkle over batter
- 6Dollop remaining batter on top and gently spread
- 7Make crumb topping: rub 1/4 cup butter into 1/2 cup flour + 1 tbsp brown sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon until crumbly; scatter over batter
- 8Bake 40–45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean; cool slightly before cutting
