1 Preheat oven to 350°F
2 Mix beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, 1/4 cup ketchup, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt, pepper
3 Pack into a 9x5 loaf pan — do not overmix or it will be dense
4 Mix remaining ketchup with 2 tbsp brown sugar and 1 tsp cider vinegar for the glaze
5 Spread half the glaze over the top
6 Bake 45 min, spread remaining glaze, bake 15 more min
7 Let rest 10 min before slicing
