- 1Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain and rinse under cold water
- 2Transfer to a large bowl and toss immediately with half the dressing
- 3Add tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and mozzarella
- 4Pour remaining dressing over the top and toss gently
- 5Fold in basil just before serving
- 6Refrigerate at least 15 minutes for flavors to develop; serve cold
