- 1Pat salmon dry with paper towels, season both sides generously
- 2Heat a skillet over medium-high heat until very hot
- 3Add salmon skin-side up, cook 4 minutes without moving
- 4Flip, cook 3-4 more minutes
- 5Reduce heat to medium, add butter and garlic to the pan
- 6Baste salmon with the sizzling garlic butter for 1 minute. Squeeze lemon and garnish with parsley
