  1. 1Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and a pinch of cayenne; rub all over pork
  2. 2Place in slow cooker with 1/2 cup water; cook on LOW 8–10 hours until meat pulls apart effortlessly
  3. 3Remove pork; shred with two forks, discarding large fat pieces
  4. 4Skim fat from cooking liquid; mix 1/2 cup liquid with vinegar and toss with shredded pork
  5. 5Make quick slaw: toss coleslaw mix with 2 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp vinegar, pinch of sugar, salt
