3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp smoked paprika
24 small slider buns

1 Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and a pinch of cayenne; rub all over pork
2 Place in slow cooker with 1/2 cup water; cook on LOW 8–10 hours until meat pulls apart effortlessly
3 Remove pork; shred with two forks, discarding large fat pieces
4 Skim fat from cooking liquid; mix 1/2 cup liquid with vinegar and toss with shredded pork
5 Make quick slaw: toss coleslaw mix with 2 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp vinegar, pinch of sugar, salt
6 Warm buns; pile pork on the bottom, add a drizzle of barbecue sauce, and top with slaw
7 Serve immediately; have extra sauce on the side
