  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment
  2. 2Mix flour, powdered sugar, and 1/2 cup butter (softened) into crumbly dough
  3. 3Press firmly into pan base and bake 15 minutes until lightly golden
  4. 4While crust bakes, combine 3 tbsp butter, brown sugar, honey, heavy cream, vanilla, and salt in a saucepan
  5. 5Bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly
  6. 6Stir in pecan halves until coated
  7. 7Pour filling over hot crust
  8. 8Bake 18-20 minutes until filling is set and bubbling
  9. 9Cool completely before slicing into bars — at least 2 hours
