- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt

👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment
- 2Mix flour, powdered sugar, and 1/2 cup butter (softened) into crumbly dough
- 3Press firmly into pan base and bake 15 minutes until lightly golden
- 4While crust bakes, combine 3 tbsp butter, brown sugar, honey, heavy cream, vanilla, and salt in a saucepan
- 5Bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly
- 6Stir in pecan halves until coated
- 7Pour filling over hot crust
- 8Bake 18-20 minutes until filling is set and bubbling
- 9Cool completely before slicing into bars — at least 2 hours
