1 Drain salmon and remove any large bones
2 Mix salmon with crushed crackers, egg, onion, salt, and pepper
3 Form into 6 patties about 1/2 inch thick
4 Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high

6 Drain on paper towels and serve with lemon wedges
