- 2 racks (about 4 lbs) baby back pork ribs
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce

👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Peel membrane off the back of ribs using a paper towel for grip
- 2Mix paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, pepper, and cayenne
- 3Rub spice mix all over both racks — generously on all sides
- 4Wrap each rack tightly in foil and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight
- 5Bake foil-wrapped ribs at 275°F for 3 hours until tender
- 6Remove from foil, brush with BBQ sauce on both sides
- 7Broil (or grill) 5 minutes per side until sauce caramelizes and edges char
- 8Rest 5 minutes, slice between bones, and serve
