- 2 tsp paprika

👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Press tofu dry; cut into chicken-nugget-size pieces
- 2Soak in plant milk mixed with a dash of hot sauce for 10 min
- 3Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, pepper
- 4Dip tofu in seasoned flour, back in milk, then flour again
- 5Fry in 350°F oil 3–4 min per side until deeply golden and crispy
- 6Drain on a rack; season immediately with salt
- 7Serve with hot honey, comeback sauce, or ranch
