- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1 beaten egg

- 1Preheat oven to 400°F. Press tofu dry and cut into nugget-shaped pieces
- 2Mix panko, parmesan, garlic powder, and paprika
- 3Dip each tofu piece in beaten egg, then coat in breadcrumb mixture
- 4Place on a greased baking sheet
- 5Spray tops lightly with oil
- 6Bake 25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy. Serve with dipping sauce
