- 1/4 tsp turmeric

👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Boil potatoes, peel and mash. Mix with cumin, minced chili, amchur, turmeric, and salt
- 2Knead flour with 1/2 tsp salt and enough water to form a smooth dough
- 3Divide into 6 balls. Flatten each, fill with potato mixture, seal and roll out
- 4Cook on hot tawa with ghee until golden on both sides
- 5Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or butter
