- 1Brown chicken thighs in oil over medium-high heat, 3 min per side — set aside
- 2In the same pan, sauté onion, garlic, and ginger 4 min until soft
- 3Add garam masala and cumin — stir 1 min
- 4Pour in tomatoes, simmer 5 min, then blend until smooth if desired
- 5Add chicken back in, pour cream over, cover and simmer 30 min
- 6Shred chicken into large pieces, adjust seasoning
- 7Serve over basmati rice with naan
