👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Soak lentils and beans overnight (or use pressure cooker shortcut)
- 2Cook lentils with turmeric and salt until very soft, about 20 minutes in pressure cooker
- 3Melt butter, sauté onion until golden, add ginger-garlic paste
- 4Add tomatoes and spices, cook into a thick paste
- 5Add cooked lentils, simmer on low 15 minutes, stir in cream
- 6Finish with extra butter and garam masala before serving
