- 1, finely chopped green chili
- 1 tsp, grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- to taste salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil or butter

- 1Mix flour with a pinch of salt and enough water to form a smooth, soft dough — rest 15 minutes
- 2Mix grated cauliflower with chili, ginger, cumin, coriander, and salt
- 3Divide dough into 8 balls, flatten each, place a spoonful of filling in center, seal and re-roll gently
- 4Heat a griddle or skillet on medium-high
- 5Cook each paratha 2 minutes per side until golden spots appear
- 6Brush with oil or butter and press with a spatula
- 7Serve hot with yogurt or pickle
