- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder

- to taste salt
- for garnish fresh cilantro

👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Make pakora batter: mix gram flour, sliced onion, cumin, turmeric, salt, and enough water to make thick batter
- 2Deep fry tablespoon-sized dollops until golden, drain on paper towels
- 3Whisk yogurt with 2 cups water, turmeric, and chili powder
- 4Heat 1 tbsp oil, splutter cumin and fenugreek seeds
- 5Slowly add yogurt mixture, whisk constantly to prevent curdling
- 6Simmer 10 minutes, add pakora, cook 5 more minutes, garnish with cilantro
