  1. 1Mix ground meat with 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, salt — form into golf ball-sized meatballs
  2. 2Brown meatballs in oil in a wide pan, 2-3 minutes per side, remove and set aside
  3. 3In the same pan, cook diced onion until golden, 8 minutes
  4. 4Blend tomatoes and soaked cashews into a smooth sauce, add to pan
  5. 5Add remaining ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin — cook sauce 8 minutes until thick
  6. 6Return meatballs to sauce, add 1/2 cup water, cover and simmer 15 minutes
  7. 7Stir in yogurt off-heat, garnish with cilantro and serve
