- 1.5 lbs ground lamb or beef
- 1/4 cup, soaked cashews
- 2 medium onion
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 3 tbsp plain yogurt
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- to garnish fresh cilantro

👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Mix ground meat with 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, salt — form into golf ball-sized meatballs
- 2Brown meatballs in oil in a wide pan, 2-3 minutes per side, remove and set aside
- 3In the same pan, cook diced onion until golden, 8 minutes
- 4Blend tomatoes and soaked cashews into a smooth sauce, add to pan
- 5Add remaining ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin — cook sauce 8 minutes until thick
- 6Return meatballs to sauce, add 1/2 cup water, cover and simmer 15 minutes
- 7Stir in yogurt off-heat, garnish with cilantro and serve
