- 1Cut lamb into chunks and brown in batches in a hot pot
- 2Sauté onion until golden, add garlic, ginger, and spices, cook 2 min
- 3Add tomatoes and lamb, stir to combine
- 4Add water or broth, bring to simmer, cover and cook 45 min
