👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Cut tofu into 1-inch cubes and gently simmer in salted water 2 min, drain
- 2Cook pork in oil until browned, add garlic and ginger
- 3Add chili bean paste, stir-fry 1 min
- 4Add broth and soy sauce, bring to a simmer
- 5Slide in tofu, simmer 5 min, thicken with cornstarch slurry, top with Sichuan pepper
