- 14 oz cubed extra-firm tofu
- 1/3 cup roasted peanuts
- 4-6 dried red chiles
- 1 diced bell pepper
- 4 stalks green onions
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp for coating cornstarch

👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Press tofu dry, toss with cornstarch and a pinch of salt
- 2Pan-fry tofu in hot oil until golden on all sides, set aside
- 3Sauté dried chiles and garlic in the same pan 1 minute
- 4Add bell pepper, cook 2 minutes
- 5Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, a tsp of sugar, and 1 tsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water
- 6Add tofu back, pour sauce over, toss well with peanuts and green onions
