- 1.5 lbs sliced thin flank steak
- 3 cups florets broccoli
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp ginger

👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Toss beef slices with cornstarch and a pinch of salt
- 2Whisk oyster sauce, soy sauce, broth, and remaining cornstarch for sauce
- 3Sear beef in batches over very high heat, 1-2 min per side, set aside
- 4Stir-fry garlic and ginger 30 seconds, add broccoli with a splash of water
- 5Cover and steam broccoli 2 minutes
- 6Return beef, pour sauce over, toss and cook until sauce thickens. Serve over rice
