- 1Slice pork as thin as possible (partially freeze for 10 min to make this easier)
- 2Stir-fry pork in a hot wok 2-3 min per side until cooked, set aside
- 3Add broccoli and stir-fry 3 min until bright green and tender-crisp
- 4Add garlic and ginger, cook 30 sec
- 5Return pork, add soy sauce and sesame oil, toss and serve over rice
