- 1 large onion
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 1.5 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Heat oil, add cumin seeds, sizzle 30 seconds
- 2Add diced onion and cook until golden, 7 minutes
- 3Add ginger-garlic paste and cook 2 minutes
- 4Add blended or finely diced tomatoes, cook down 6 minutes until thick
- 5Add coriander powder and garam masala, stir 1 minute
- 6Add peas and 1/2 cup water, cover and simmer 5 minutes
- 7Gently fold in paneer, simmer 3 minutes, season and serve
