- 1 cup packed fresh methi (fenugreek) leaves
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt

👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Wash and chop methi leaves finely, toss with a little salt and let sit 10 minutes, then squeeze out moisture
- 2Mix flour, methi, yogurt, all spices, oil, and enough water to form a soft dough
- 3Divide into 8 balls, roll each very thin (thepla should be translucent)
- 4Cook on a hot dry tawa, pressing edges, until golden spots appear on both sides
- 5Brush with oil while cooking for extra softness. Serve with pickle and yogurt
