- 1Blanch spinach in boiling water 2 min, then blend with garlic to a smooth puree
- 2Cube paneer and lightly fry in oil until golden, set aside
- 3In the same pan, sauté onion until golden, add cumin
- 4Add tomatoes, cook until soft, then add spinach puree
- 5Add paneer cubes, garam masala, cream, and simmer 5 minutes
