- 1Heat oil, add cumin seeds and let sizzle 30 seconds
- 2Add onion and green chili, cook over medium heat until soft, 5 minutes
- 3Add tomatoes, turmeric, and a pinch of salt — cook until tomatoes are dry and jammy, 4 minutes
- 4Add crumbled paneer, toss to coat in the masala
