- 1Soak cashews in 1/2 cup hot water for 10 minutes, then blend smooth
- 2Sauté whole cardamom and bay leaf in oil for 30 seconds
- 3Add diced onion, cook until soft and golden, 8 minutes
- 4Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes, cook until pulpy, 6 minutes
