- 1 medium onion
- 1 small carrot
- 1/4 cup frozen peas
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 10 curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 green chili
- 2 tbsp ghee or oil
- 10 cashews

👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Dry roast semolina in a pan on medium heat until lightly golden, 3-4 minutes. Set aside
- 2Heat ghee, splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves
- 3Add sliced onion, carrot, and cashews, cook 4 minutes
- 4Add 2 cups water, turmeric, and salt, bring to boil
- 5Reduce heat, slowly add roasted semolina while stirring constantly
- 6Cover and cook 5 minutes, fold in frozen peas, serve hot
