  1. 1Dry roast semolina in a pan on medium heat until lightly golden, 3-4 minutes. Set aside
  2. 2Heat ghee, splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves
  3. 3Add sliced onion, carrot, and cashews, cook 4 minutes
  4. 4Add 2 cups water, turmeric, and salt, bring to boil
  5. 5Reduce heat, slowly add roasted semolina while stirring constantly
  6. 6Cover and cook 5 minutes, fold in frozen peas, serve hot
