- 1Toss beef slices with 1 tbsp soy sauce and cornstarch
- 2Cook rice according to package
- 3Stir-fry beef over high heat 2–3 min until browned — remove
- 4Add broccoli to the same wok, stir-fry 4 min
- 5Mix remaining soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and 1 tsp sugar for the sauce
- 6Return beef, pour sauce over, toss 1–2 min to coat
