- 1Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper until fluffy
- 2Sauté mushrooms in half the butter for 2 min, set aside
- 3Melt remaining butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat
- 4Pour in eggs, tilt pan so eggs coat the bottom
