- 1Press tofu dry, cube into 1-inch pieces, toss with cornstarch and salt
- 2Fry tofu in oil over medium-high heat 3–4 min per side until golden — remove
- 3Stir-fry carrot and peppers in the same pan 3 min
- 4Add snap peas and cook 1 more min
- 5Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and a splash of water for sauce
- 6Return tofu, pour sauce over, toss to coat
- 7Serve over rice with sesame seeds
