👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Bring 3 cups of water to a simmer (not a boil)
- 2Dissolve miso paste in a ladle of hot water, then add back to pot
- 3Cut tofu into small cubes and gently add to broth
- 4Add soy sauce and sesame oil
- 5Ladle into bowls and top with sliced scallions and dried wakame
